THE ROLE OF TRUST IN REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
Nancy Cahalen
A critical asset to any organization, reputation is important to control. When damaged, reputation can have tangible financial consequences. Using an interactive approach inspired by BBB’s 100-year history of “customer experience” advocacy and knowledge, this program will introduce business owners to how maintaining BBB’s eight Standards for Trust can positively impact their company’s reputation from the get-go and help maintain it throughout the life of the business.
WHY WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT THE
SMALL BUSINESS SUMMIT
The Small Business Summit is bringing together some of the best resources available for Massachusetts small businesses to learn from and grow in spite of the challenges that are found in today’s economy. BBB advises business owners to build trust by maintaining BBB’s Standards. These Standards for Trust are not complicated and may even strike some as common sense, yet many businesses are unable to live up to these expectations and their reputations suffer for it!

“We are thrilled to partner with our colleagues at the BBB and the SBA on this very important and timely event. We are looking forward to a robust discussion around leading OCABR’s regulatory agencies during this pandemic which has impacted every business sector in the Commonwealth and around the nation.”
