Testimonials

The Better Business Bureau has been invaluable to me in my role as a Resident Service Coordinator in terms of providing information and resources to our residents. We recently had a presentation on avoiding frauds and scams for our residents and they loved it! [BBB] is a great presenter -- very organized, knowledgeable and engaging -- and our residents walked away feeling much less vulnerable to falling prey to a scam artist and prepared to handle the situation if they suspect they may be a victim of fraud. Thanks to BBB and Amy for providing this valuable community service!

Tracey Fitzpatrick

Camfield Tenants Association

[BBB] came to Portland and spoke to the ACE group here. This was a very helpful and informative program that adds value to all of our small businesses as well as helps us point our clients to the great resources of the BBB.

[BBB] spoke at the Salem State University Lifelong Learning Institute about scams, fraud and identity theft and she was a big success! She answered every question that the audience of 56 queried of her in a pleasant and comprehensive manner.

Everyone I spoke to after the event commented how much they gained from the quality of her information.
